Under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2001 and the European Communities (Implementation of Privacy and Electronic Communications) (Guernsey) Ordinance 2004, it is a legal requirement that websites include a privacy statement declaring how Channel Island Finance (CIF) process personal data from this website.
